Social housing central to a sustainable community

Adactus, a large Northwest-based social housing provider, received detailed advice on the specific components that lead to a sustainable community. The work focussed on a large area of Manchester subject to regeneration and highlighted priorities and opportunities including renewable energy, sustainable refurbishment, green spaces, low impact travel, local amenities and developing local enterprise.
